Meet Renee, the owner of Ethereal Soul.  She has been practicing massage therapy since 2006.  Renee is a lifelong learner and student. She has a B.A in Education from Berea College, and she is a former instructor of massage therapy and yoga. She loves to integrate bodywork, movement practices, and sound therapy into her sessions.

She graduated with a Masters in Acupuncture from Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC in 2025.  During her internship year, she was able to travel abroad to Zhejiang's 3rd Affiliated Medical Hospital in Hangzhou, China.  This unique opportunity blended traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine practices.  It inspired her to bring a community style healing space back to the NC mountains so that everyone can have access to this amazing medicine.

When asked, "what do you like most about being an acupuncturist?"  Renee's answer:  "It allows me to guide my patients into a transformative journey back to themselves. By design, we have everything we need to heal. Acupuncture offers the support and direction to get there. It's more than physical, it reconnects body and spirit.
